Our pieces are handcrafted in Italy. Standard production takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the model and selected finish. Your estimated delivery timeframe is confirmed upon order confirmation.
We regularly ship across the United States. DHL or FedEx handles delivery with full tracking and insurance. Production time and transit time are distinct; your order confirmation provides the estimated delivery schedule.

Ask for our optional managed-import service, quoted at 18% including import tariffs. The calculation, amount, and scope are confirmed in your project quote before you proceed.
Applicable duties depend on the goods’ classification and the rules in force at import. Your quote confirms whether import charges are included.
Configured
for U.S. projects.
U.S. configurations are wired for 110–120V use with E26 sockets and exclusively UL-listed electrical components.
The complete fixtures are not UL-certified by default. If fixture-level UL certification is required for your project, tell us before placing an order so we can advise.
Review the model’s technical documents. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Assembly instructions are included.

Payment is due 100% before shipment. U.S. transactions are processed in USD. We accept bank transfer and credit card. A 3% credit-card fee may apply where permitted and is disclosed before payment.
No Italian VAT is applied to qualifying exports outside the European Union. Quoted prices exclude Italian VAT. Any applicable U.S. taxes, delivery costs, and import charges are confirmed for your order or at checkout.
Support beyond
delivery.
Our published return policy provides a 30-day return window from purchase. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; shipping costs are not refundable.
A five-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and wiring. Design for Macha can appoint a local lighting specialist to inspect and repair a defective lamp, with replacement if the issue remains after intervention. Covered service and related shipping costs are handled by Design for Macha.
