WORLDWIDE SHIPPING  

 
Orders are shipped in a custom protective box by DHL express. A tracking number is provided. Pick up by DHL express at our warehouse is done within 10 days after the order has been proceed. In case of any damage during transportation, the lighting is insured and replaced. 
 

EASY TO SET UP

 
Assembly instructions are included. Set-up takes about 20 minutes, with care to avoid damaging the parts. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Brass, glass and other parts may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol or other solvents.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.
 

WARRANTY & SERVICES

 
All our lamps are tested at the manufacture. DFM is obsessed with quality. A five-year warranty manufacturing defects and wiring is applicable. If the lamp is defective DFM will mandate a local lighting specialist to inspect and repair your lamp. If the lamp is still defective after the intervention of the local representative, DFM will exchange the lamp. DFM will cover all the cost charged by the lighting specialist appointed and potential cost of shipping. Service after sales is available at sales@designformacha.com
